Balkh varsity students get diplomas

MAZAR-I-SHARIF (PAN): First session of awarding diplomas to university students started for the first time in university of northern Balkh province on Saturday officials said.
Addressing a gathering, Chancellor of Balkh University Eng. Habibullah Habib said they plan to provide diplomas to over 1344 students of different faculties. Most of the students are those graduated in last years but did not receive their diplomas.
