Judicial campaigns need the services of political consultants. Although governed by strict ethical standards, judicial campaigns work in the same manner as partisan campaigns. Campaign managers are needed to aid in fundraising activities, help avoid costly mistakes and protect them from adverse media publicity. Campaign materials must be simple and should effectively commit the candidate's name to the voters' memory.
