FREMONT, Calif., June 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Local Exchange Carriers, currently being plagued by a shortage of circuits, are about to get relief from Premisys's InterLude. InterLude was designed to intercept ISDN data calls before they hit the LEC's voice switching network, and route these calls to the LEC's data network.
