More space for firm at development.

A commercial property firm is to have 9,000 sq ft of office space available as work reaches completion on a major new development.

Robert Pinkus and Co, of the Riversway Business Village on Preston's docklands, expects work on the second phase of the Mercury Rise development to be completed soon.

It will free up premises starting from 2,000 sq ft in size and including facilities including raised access floors, full-height glazed entrances, kitchen and showers and ample parking.
