Chinese-born, naturalized American Yue-Sai Kan has signed a joint venture agreement with Coty Inc under which her company and Coty will service the vast Chinese market. After a smooth transition from a TV personality to a businesswoman, Kan formed the Yue-Sai Kan Cosmetics Ltd, which now distributes to 450 Chinese department stores.
