DARA-E-SUF (PAN): Construction work on Balkh-Samangan Highway in northern Afghanistan started on Saturday.
The 65-kilometers road is constructed with a funding of $37 millions to be completed in three years, according to the public works minister Suhrab Ali Safari who attended the inauguration ceremony.
