Christian history must be broadly traced to include missionary efforts beyond the West. Contrary to the traditional view that rejects indigenous Christianity, the Christian faith must be considered suitable for everybody worldwide. Cultural differences had made it hard for Asians, Africans, and Latin Americans to adopt Western-type worship.
