Representatives of 110 nations met in Vienna Nov 28 - Dec 7, 1995 to work towards strengthening the 1987 Montreal Protocol on Substances That Deplete the Ozone Layer. Industrialized countries will phase out methyl bromide by 2010. A worldwide project to stop marine pollution was also adopted.
