HUNSTANTON lifeboat and coastguards were called to the rescue yesterday after a puppy got into difficulty on local marshes.

The five-month-old Pointer puppy had strayed around a mile off shore on to Wolferton Marsh near Snettisham, worrying its frantic owners as the tide was coming in.
