The new Law Faculty building of Cambridge University in England is architect Norman Foster's confident expression of space and structure. One of Foster's achievements in the building's design was the establishment of coherence with the site's existing structures. The building's main feature is a steel and glass structure that is a combination of window, wall and roof. The concrete part of the building serves as the key part that controls the effects of solar irradiation.
