CONSERVATIONISTS are delighted at the news that Aylesbury Vale's native polecats have returned to the region after decades of absence.
Members of Vale Countryside Volunteers and Aylesbury Vale District Council's biodiversity team have found three polecats in the north and south of the district, possibly indicating a widespread population.
