Fight to save moor park.

PLANS for a car park on Leeds's first publicly owned recreational park are under attack.
Five community groups representing residents around Woodhouse Moor were today lobbying Leeds City Council to protest at the proposal.
The council wants to build the [pounds sterling]170,000 car park on Woodhouse Moor, using an area of land they say is already used as a temporary car park.
The car park is to serve a busy stretch of Otley Road that is home to Leeds University and takeaways and student bars.
