A former Sunderland student is to showcase her talents alongside some of the world's most popular films at an international festival.
Kam-Li Cheng, of South Shields, has found herself battling against some of the planet's most famed films at a Stateside animation festival later this month.
The University of Sunderland animation graduate is a finalist in the Siggraph 2008 animation festival, held in Los Angeles from Monday, August 11 to Friday, August 15.
