Wall of Death relived in book.

THE golden days of Banbury Fair have been captured in a book chronicling the history of one of its main attractions.
The Wall of Death, a 20ft wooden vertical wall ridden up and down by motorcyclists, was a regular attraction at Banbury's fairground in the 1950s and '60s, thrilling and fascinating crowds.
And readers can now re-live the sights, sounds and smells of the daredevil attraction and discover how the wall entered entertainment folklore in Riding the Wall of Death by local veteran wall rider Allan Ford and writer Nick Corble.
