Aladdin repositions.(Aladdin Data Systems plans to acquire FAST Software Security A.G. and Glenco Engineering)

Aladdin Data Systems has announced the signing of two letters of intent relating to acquisitions that significantly impact on the company's world position. The first agreement involves the purchase of the German FAST Software Security AG which is considered to be one of the three largest companies in the world offering software security. According to the conditions of the deal, Aladdin will transfer 3.15 million shares together with an additional $8-million worth of shares when the agreement is concluded. FAST's founder and owner, Matheus San, will join Aladdin's board of directors. ...
