Canada's Arawak Energy options additional share issue on LSE
MOSCOW. July 15. (Interfax) - Canada's Arawak Energy, which owns oil and gas assets in the CIS, has optioned an additional issue comprised of 400,000 shares on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) without a par value, the company said in a statement.
Transactions with the new shares will commence next week.
It was earlier reported that at the start of July Arawak Energy had received a LSE listing, placing 182,244,500 shares at a starting price of 127 pence per share.
