The 450th anniversary of the death of Martin Luther has become a commercial occasion in Germany. Tourists to Luther's town of Wittenberg can purchase Martin Luther T-shirts, matchboxes, and beer. It could be said that the town, along with some theology students, may be glad that Luther died.
