Regarding the June 24 wire story on interval training:
It is great to see interval training becoming more and more mainstream. The story, however, didn't do the subject "practical" justice. Many people are intimidated by boxing and heavy bags, so the point may have been missed. At Strength in Motion we rely on interval training to condition athletes, but it is not only sports-specific, it is also "lifestyle specific."
