WATCH out North East England - Mail journalist Chris Cordner is coming your way in a fundraising challenge this weekend.
The Mail's head of features will spend this Saturday and Sunday touring various parts of the region to raise money for Cancer Research.
He will stop off at nine venues in the Hartlepool and County Durham areas and tackle a different exercise challenge at each.
Running, rowing, weightlifting and crunches all beckon for Chris, 47, who has taken on the challenge with the backing of car company Fiat.
