Estelle Swaray began her musical career as a rapper in her hometown of West London and earned a respected name for herself with her UK album The 18th Day. But after a chance meeting at Roscoe's House of Chicken 'n' Waffles in L.A. with super producer/rapper Kanye West. who later teamed her up with singer John Legend, Estelle's career has gone international in a big way.
Her single American Boy, featuring West, is being received well on both sides of the pond.
