Faced with more funding cuts, the Boys and Girls Club of Syracuse is struggling to determine how it will continue serving more than 3,700 city youths attending its year-round and summer programs.
For the fiscal year starting July 1, the Boys and Girls Club requested $485,000 from the United Way of Central New York, officials said. It got $175,000, down from the $181,000 they got last year, they said.
