The Bradenton City Council on Wednesday approved expansion plans for Saint Stephen's Episcopal School.The private school is planning several additions to its campus, including a middle school, a marine science center, an athletic center and an aquatics center.The college preparatory school at 315 41st St. W. will start with construction on the middle school and marine science center, but the project's timeline depends on fundraising.
