Tra Vinh issues call for investment.

Tra Vinh, May 21 (VNA) -- The People's Committee of southern Tra Vinh province granted an investment license to a 690 billion VND (43.1 million USD) aquaculture project during a conference held on May 20 in the capital.

The conference on drawing investment to the province also included the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the province and Tra Vinh Telecommunication Co, an affiliate of the Viet Nam Post and Telecommunications Group. The company pledged to implement a series of projects in the hope of upgrading the provincial telecommunication system.
