[Television] Satellite operator BSkyB is pushing ahead with plans for its pay DTT service in the UK, despite the fact that Ofcom has yet to give approval for the move. The service, now dubbed Picnic, will broadcast three Sky-branded channels and two third-party channels. The line-up will include Sky Sports One and third-party pay children's and documentary channels. Sky will then use the evening and nighttime downtime of the third-party channels to broadcast Sky Movies and Sky One content after 18:00.
