By MUBASHIR HASSAN LAHORE, April 12 (THE NATION): Newly-elected Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Dost Muhammad Khosa on Saturday said he would rein in bureaucracy, which, according to him, had become what he called an uncontrolled horse over the years.
