Sher Durrani, spokesman for Balkh police headquarters told Pajhwok Afghan News the liquor was recovered from a car. Durrani said the smugglers wanted to smuggle it to Mazar-i-Sharif but added it was not certain from where these liquor was being smuggled. He ...
