A ROW has broken out over the latest annual report by the Wales Office which has been accused of "snubbing" Swansea.
Swansea-based Liberal Democrat AM Peter Black had a mood to match his name when he examined the document.
He found chapter headings containing "nice tourist pictures" of places like Cardiff, Caernarfon and the Severn Bridge, but nothing of Wales' second city.
And he said "to add insult to injury" the annual report rightly praised Cardiff City's fine FA Cup run but unfortunately ...
