THE Ilkley Centenary Junior Team Championship never seems to enjoy the best of the weather, and this year was no exception at Otley.

However, the cold and cloudy conditions did not dampen the boys' enthusiasm or the quality of their play.

The 21-28 handicap division was won by Grant McIntyre with 92 and Thomas Kitching led the 11-20 category on 80.
