A SEASIDE village's multi-million pound march back on to the tourist trail is set to take another step forward with plans for a flagship attraction celebrating its maritime histor y.

Newbiggin-by-the-Sea in Northumberland has already been given a restored sandy beach, an iconic offshore sculpture and a new coast defence breakwater in an pounds 11m Defra-funded engineering project last summer.
