ST Media Group International (Cincinnati, OH), the publisher of six trade journals for the graphics, hospitality and visual communications industries, has acquired Lyons Media Group (West Chester, PA), the publisher of "Package Design Magazine" and "RFID Products News" and their ancillary products from Lyons Media founder Chris Lyons and management.
