THE dream of settling in sunnier climes has tempted Emley couple Malcolm and Sue Tracey into putting up for sale their family home of 25 years.

The couple already have a second home out in the picturesque Spanish town of Canillas de Aceituno and hope to settle over there permanently when they retire in a few years' time.

"All the family have flown the nest and we're now looking forward towards retirement," explains Malcolm, a partner for Huddersfield law firm Eaton Smith.
