This year's London International Wine Fair has a twist: it's purely devoted to wine. In recent years, spirits suppliers have occupied a ghetto at ExCeL but now they have been given a show of their own, Distil, which will run simultaneously in the hail across the concourse.

Fair director James Forbes says the wine element of the show, which runs from 20 to 22 May, is on track to be 7% larger than in previous years. Last year's fair featured 1,250 stands and attracted 14,0...
