MetLife Inc. and The American College this week will host the third annual conference aimed at enhancing the success of blacks in the financial services sector.

The Conference for African-American Financial Services Professionals will be held on Wednesday and Thursday at Cheyney University of Pennsylvania in Cheyney, Pa., the oldest historically black college in the United States.
