Constellation Energy's decision to pursue its plans to build its first new nuclear reactor in Maryland doesn't alter the company's plans to also build in Oswego County, a company spokeswoman said Friday.

"The preparations for Nine Mile Point are in no way changed," said Maureen Brown, spokeswoman for UniStar, a partnership led by Constellation, which owns Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station.
