MEQUON, WI Clifford J. Pukaite, of Mequon, Wisconsin died at the age of 68 on April 23, 2008 of cancer and other medical complications.
Cliff originated from Shrewsbury MA where he met and married his wife, Constance (Connie) Allen, by whom he is survived. He is also survived by brothers and siblings-in-law, including Rodney Pukaite, Leonard (Shirley) Pukaite, Audrey (David) Richardson, Richard (Joanne) Allen, and Elaine Allen (Bryan Kingsriter).
