A BRITISH man killed in a fall while on holiday in Sicily has been named as the son of a senior judge.

Gervase Thorpe, 40, died near Catania, a historic town at the foot of Mount Etna. He was the son of Sir Mathew Thorpe, a Lord Justice of Appeal and leading expert in family law.
