NEW YORK, Jan. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Brooklyn Navy Yard Cogeneration Partners, L.P. ("Brooklyn") self-certified as a Qualifying Cogeneration Facility ("QF") today in a filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("FERC"). Brooklyn is a partnership comprised of affiliates of Mission Energy Company and York Research Corporation.
On January 17, 1996, FERC determined that the cogeneration facility being constructed by Brooklyn satisfied FERC's technical and operational criteria for a QF. Brooklyn's self-certification addresses FERC's sole exception to Brooklyn's QF ...
