Last week's high school civics camp at Worcester State College could be a life-changing experience for the young participants. The exciting initiative to teach young people what makes their city move and shake was organized by a wide-ranging coalition of local adult leaders.

They hope to nurture local leadership among participants in much the same way Boys and Girls State has brought along a fair number of national leaders - among them former President Clinton.
