On an abstract Euler-Poisson-Darboux type equations.(Report)

ABSTRACT

We consider a Cauchy problem for a second-order differential equation of Euler-Poisson-Darboux type. The existence, uniqueness and continuous dependence of the strong generalized solution are proved. The proofs are based on an a priori estimate established in appropriate function spaces and on the density of the range of the operator corresponding to the considered problem.
