Dallas Housing Authority wins battle against white residents to build in community.

When the Dallas Housing Authority announced plans to build a low-income housing project in a predominantly White neighborhood seven years ago, a battle began. A -group of homeowners in the North Dallas area sued to_ stop the project. Now, after a Alphon judge ruled against the suit, the housing authority has announced its plans to break ground in late May. The complex will take up eight acres in an area of $110,000 to $300,000 homes.
