Pres. Bill Clinton described the Pan Am Flight 103 Memorial Cairn as a simple but powerful monument to the innocent victims of barbaric terrorism. Clinton stressed that each of the memorial's 270 Lockerbie stones represented a loved one irretrievably lost. He reiterated the country's commitment to bringing the perpetrators to justice and to fight all forms of terrorism.
