There was a worrisome moment, when Chuck Berry strolled on the Berklee stage and the 81-year-old rock deity showed his age. He struggled with a guitar strap. After a few notes, he dropped his guitar pick. Then Berry, rail-thin and still spry, launched into a jaunty "Roll Over Beethoven" and the years slipped away.
