THE VULTURE; TURNER WATERCOLOURS ITS an annual event at the National Gallery: each January, the Turner watercolours come out of the vaults for one month only. This year, the show will be complemented by a display of 18th and 19th century silhouettes and miniatures, including works by Nathaniel Hone the Elder.
