De Leon willing to face Penalosa.(Sports News)

Assuming he dispatches Puerto Rican prospect Juan Manuel Lopez in June, Mexican powerpuncher Daniel Ponce De Leon is more than willing to give veteran Filipino lefty Gerry Penalosa a rematch.

De Leon and Penalosa had figured in a controversial fight last year with the Mexican being given the verdict although many ringsiders felt Penalosa did more than enough to merit the decision.

Last April 6, Penalosa reiterated his desire to bang with De Leon for the second time after disposing of Thailand's Ratanachai Sor Vorapin in the eighth round.
