Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Apr 8, 2008 - (ACN Newswire) - NEC Malaysia Sdn. Bhd and NEC Systems Integration Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (NECSIM), both subsidiaries of NEC Corporation in Japan, will integrate to form NEC Corporation of Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., with immediate effect.

Previously, NEC Malaysia was the sales office for NEC's multimedia products, such as projectors and LCD monitors, while NECSIM was the sales and service support office for NEC's IT, networking, security and systems integration, retail, logistics, software, outsourcing and managed services solutions.
