An amazing new facility, which opened in June in Osoyoos, B.C., celebrates the lands and legends of the Okanagan people through historical time to the present. The $9-million Nk'Mip Desert Cultural Centre presents the story of the Osoyoos Indian Band in the context of one of the most environmentally unique regions in Canada.
