CRESWELL - The big schools wanted the little guy with the low scores. T.J. Bordeaux was more comfortable at a school that fit his stature.
Both Bordeaux and Pacific were rewarded in a big way Tuesday.
Going head to head against the Pac-10 Conference schools he spurned - in their backyard, no less - Bordeaux was on a stage all by himself at the men's Duck Invitational, winning the tournament by five strokes over Oregon senior Joey Benedetti at Emerald Valley Golf Club.
