Bringing up a child with autism in an often unreceptive society can take its toll on the strongest of families.
But that's where 50-year-old Liz Roberts, husband Gary and their four children step in, giving up their weekends to care for children with autism in a bid to give exhausted parents and siblings a much needed rest.
Liz and Gary, 42, are Link carers - volunteers who for the past eight years have been looking after disabled children for a set number of days a year.
