Work will start on the first phase of a massive office development in Lancashire this summer.

Development giant Peel Holdings, in a joint venture with local firm Barnfield Construction, will create the 35,000 sq ft Vantage Court scheme at the Riverside Business Park. The initial development, with self-contained office units from 1,500 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft, will bring 70 jobs ...
