ATLANTA - Mountain Khakis started out in late 2003 as a company dedicated to providing durable, comfortable pants for the mountain lifestyle, but that changed when men's specialty retailers got wind of the product.
It turns out that men who love the indoors also want Mountain Khakis. It's a strong example of crossover fashion in the outdoors industry that appeals as much to mountain climbers as office workers.
